Programming Modes of Collaboration

As Ceiba Arbor grows, we want to be thoughtful about how we collaborate.

We’ve created three pathways for collaboration, each with different levels of involvement. These modes help us stay rooted in our mission while still opening space for creativity, exchange, and community connection.

1. Land Use Collaboration

Partners host their own workshop or event on the farm, with Ceiba offering light support.

  • Ceiba provides property access and a staff liaison.

  • Partners share their flyer and promotional materials with us so we can list it on our calendar.

  • Our logo must be included on all flyers, ticketing pages, and event materials.

This mode is great for folks who are self-organizing and simply need the farm as a gathering place.

2. Co-Produced Collaboration

We dream and plan together, building a shared offering that carries both of our names.

  • Ceiba takes the lead on venue recruiting, marketing, ticketing, and day-of support.

  • Responsibilities are shared, with a agreed on ticket revenue split.

  • Collaborators may sell goods at the event and keep full profit.

  • All alcoholic beverage sales remain with Ceiba Arbor.

  • Event is listed as a co-production under the Ceiba Arbor brand.

This mode is ideal when both Ceiba and our partners want to invest time and resources into creating something new together.

3. Ceiba-Led Collaboration

Ceiba Arbor curates and leads the event, inviting collaborators to join as guests, facilitators, or performers.

  • Ceiba provides full programming, staffing, marketing, and logistics.

  • Partners are compensated through stipend, resources, or barter.

This mode reflects our vision and programming priorities, while still creating space for guest voices and contributions.
