Ceiba Arbor’s programming centers community, land stewardship, ancestral resilience, and cultural celebration. Through seasonal events, workshops, and collaborative arts experiences in Salem, Connecticut and the larger New York City area, we create spaces rooted in shared practice, learning, and gathering. We collaborate with artists, educators, land stewards, and cultural workers to nourish collective imagination and deepen our relationships to the land, culture, and community.

Completed our first official year of programming, building partnerships with venues across our roots in New York City and our base in the wider Connecticut area. This year also marked our first full growing season on the land, where we established our first two acres of farmable space—Yin and Yang—with the support of our incredible volunteers during Bridge Days. Through events, workshops, and festivals, we raised over $5,000 and gathered in meaningful ways throughout the season. Together, we learned plant dyeing and upcycling practices, met new vendors across NYC, and celebrated the close of the growing season with our staple Harvest Festival.
